On top in the ethics ratings

The Norwegian Competition Authority reached the top place when economics students voted on which Norwegian workplace they believe has the highest ethical standards.

The result appears in a recent survey by Universum, quoted in the newspaper Aftenposten.

«We deal with cases that are important to business and where a lot of money is at stake. We have access to information to which others do not have access. This means that we must be highly vigilant so that it is not possible to raise doubts about our integrity» said Director General of Competition Knut Eggum Johansen to Aftenposten.

On the question put to economics students about which workplace has the highest ethical standard, Competition Authority finished in first place.
